To match you with one provider for your request, to contact you about that request, and to improve the site.

Who we share it with

Your Pro in Town, operated by Novita Way LLC, does not sell your personal information. When you ask us to match you with a provider, we pass the details of that request to the one provider matched to it so they can respond to you. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messages

If you check the consent box, we text you only about your own service request (confirmation, follow-up and scheduling). Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Your mobile number and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
