Our review rules

• Only review a pro you actually hired.
• No paid, incentivized or employee reviews. Pros can't offer anything for a review, and we never give points, badges or rewards for reviews.
• We never hide or edit a review because it's negative. We only remove spam, hate, threats, personal information or reviews that aren't about a real job.
• Reviews from customers we matched are labeled Verified customer.
• Pros can reply publicly but can't remove reviews, and paying never changes a review.
