Every pro is ranked by the same points formula, shown below. You see the points on every listing.

What never counts
- Money. Nobody can pay to rank higher.
- Asking customers for reviews. We never give points or rewards for reviews.
- Who the pro knows, including us.
Ties
Pros with the same points are shuffled once a day, so nobody stays on top just because their name starts with "A".
Featured placements
A Featured spot is advertising. It is always labeled Featured, sits above the rankings rather than inside them, and carries a disclosure. The owner of Your Pro in Town works with Cooper Home Inspections and is related to Krystal Crichlow (eXp Realty), both of whom appear as Featured. You are always free to choose any pro.
Your request goes to one pro
When you pick a pro, your request goes to that pro only. We don't sell the same request to a list of companies.
Where the data comes from
License names, cities and numbers come from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation public licensee files. We don't publish street addresses. Verify any license at myfloridalicense.com.
